Precision Devices Commitment to Training
The design and manufacture of bespoke hand built loudspeakers requires high levels of skill. To maintain and continuously improve these skills PD have developed their own internal training systems supported by external training providers.

Building on the Investors in People accreditation gained in January 2014, in-line with our continuous improvement policy and personnel development programme, several members of the PD team have recently been rewarded with NVQ, BTEC and City & Guilds certification.
Susan Goodyear and Daniel Barnes Management NVQ Level 3, Fouad Abidi and Charlotte Barnes Customer Services NVQ Level 3 and level 2 respectively, Sam Smith Team Leader NVQ Level 2, Sean Woolmer and Tracy Fenton Manufacturing Operations NVQ Level 2 and Liam Egan Mechanical Engineering BTEC Mechanical engineering Level 3.
